Train like a professional, perform like one.

The Performance Elevation Program is a full-time program for dedicated dancers aged 16 and over who are ready to refine their craft, deepen their artistry and take the next step toward a professional career in dance.

The program represents the pinnacle of BTQ Training, offering an Advanced Diploma of Elite Performance (CUA60120) for dancers seeking a comprehensive and industry-connected pathway. Delivered over five days per week with optional sixth day, including selected holiday intensives, the program blends daily classical and contemporary training with repertoire, creative composition, and professional practice.

Guided by a faculty of industry professionals and grounded in BTQ’s long-standing performance legacy, the program cultivates both the artist and the individual. Dancers build the versatility, confidence and resilience needed for professional success while developing strong technical foundations, expressive artistry and performance readiness.

Each week includes a balance of classical and contemporary technique, pointe work, partnering, repertoire development, choreography, Pilates and conditioning. Additional studies in anatomy, wellbeing, resilience and professional practice prepare students for sustainable, long-term careers in dance.

BTQ’s connection to live performance remains central to this training experience. Students rehearse and perform alongside professional artists, choreographers and creative teams as part of BTQ’s annual main stage productions, gaining authentic rehearsal and stage experience within a professional setting.
