With programs designed to support every stage of a dancer’s journey, students are guided by our world-class faculty whose successful careers span Australia and the international stage, providing expert training, mentorship and performance opportunities.

Friends of BTQ
Becoming a Friend of BTQ will include an invitation for you and a guest to our annual afternoon tea as well as a behind the scenes experience at BTQ's home.
Music Circle
Supporters will enjoy exclusive events and opportunities to engage with the artistry behind the music. From access to private rehearsals, to behind-the-scenes insights and intimate conversations with our Music Director Lucas D. Lynch, creatives, composers and the talented musicians who bring each performance to life, members will gain a deeper connection to the role of live music in ballet.
Dancers Circle
Members of the Dancers Circle enjoy exclusive opportunities to engage more closely with our Artistic Director Clare Morehen and the creative heart of BTQ — from behind-the-scenes access and intimate studio showings, to curated insights into the artistic process and the evolution of each production.
Legacy Circle
As well as the engagement opportunities offered to the other Circle Supporters, The Legacy Circle form part of a dedicated community preserving the development and artistry of ballet in Queensland, and will be recognised through a permanent feature on our legacy wall at BTQ’s Home.

Full-Time Programs
Currently, BTQ's Full-Time Program is for dancers aged 16 and over, combining rigorous daily training, artistic mentorship, and live performance opportunities to equip dancers with the skills and experience needed to thrive in the performing arts.
The program represents the pinnacle of BTQ Training, offering an Advanced Diploma of Elite Performance (CUA60120) for dancers seeking a comprehensive and industry-connected pathway. Delivered over six days per week, including selected holiday intensives, the program blends daily classical and contemporary training with repertoire, creative composition, and professional practice.

Part-Time Programs
After-school training for dancers in Prep to Year 12, that builds strong, expressive and stage-ready dancers through the BTQ Performance Pathway Syllabus, designed to develop artistry, confidence and technical excellence.
BTQ’s Part-Time Programs combine classical and contemporary technique with creative practice and stagecraft, giving school-aged dancers the chance to develop discipline, artistry and confidence alongside their academic studies.

Pre-School Classes
BTQ’s Pre-School Classes are the first stage in a dancer’s journey, offering a joyful program designed for young children discovering movement and musicality for the first time.
Wiggles & Giggles introduces boys and girls aged two to five to the magic of music, rhythm and imagination. The program works to build coordination, confidence and social connection in a nurturing environment led by experienced early years dance educators.
