Yasmin is 13 years old and in her first year with Ballet Theatre Queensland. Yasmin has been dancing since she was 4 years old and has completed ballet exams to grade 5 with distinctions every year to date. She is now studying for the CDA ballet exams. As well as ballet Yasmin enjoys jazz, lyrical, contemporary, character and acrobatics. Each year she participates in group eisteddfods and solos with promising results in all styles. At school Yasmin plays soccer and touch football and excelled in public speaking. She hopes to one day dance professionally or be a dance teacher.
