Madeleine

Madeleine is 17 years of age and is looking forward to dancing in the Ballet Theatre of Queensland Company’s 2011/2012 season.

Having joined Ballet Theatre of Queensland for the 2009/2010 production of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Madeleine also really enjoyed the experience of dancing in the Company’s 2010/2011 production of Alice in Wonderland.

Madeleine is currently studying RAD and will sit her Advanced 2 Ballet Exam this year.  In addition to Classical Ballet, she also studies Contemporary, Slow Modern and Jazz.

Madeleine has successfully competed in Solo Eisteddfods on the Gold Coast and Brisbane areas.  In 2011, Madeleine danced with Lucid Dance Theatre for their performances of “Dancing with Bach” in Brisbane and on the Gold Coast.

Madeleine loves to dance and perform and strives to achieve each and every day and aspires one day to pursue a career as a Professional   Dancer either in Australia or overseas.
