Lauren

Lauren is 12 years of age and this is her second year at the Ballet Theatre of Queensland.   Lauren has been dancing classical ballet for 8 years and is currently studying RAD Intermediate at the Kimberley Woodger Dance Academy, having obtained distinctions for all her RAD grade examinations  to date.   She also enjoys contemporary dancing.

Lauren has enthusiastically and successfully participated in various Brisbane group Eisteddfods in classical ballet and slow modern over the past 3 years.   Her other interests include sport and playing the piano and percussion instruments.

She thoroughly enjoyed every minute of the Alice in Wonderland production, both the rehearsals and of course the performances and she is very excited to have been given the opportunity to dance with the Ballet Theatre of Queensland once again.
