Daisy

Daisy is 13 years old and is thrilled to be joining Ballet Theatre of Queensland this year.

Daisy has been dancing since she was 4 years old and loves everything about dance – the rehearsals, costumes, friendships but most of all performing. She is currently studying Intermediate Ballet and has achieved distinctions in all exams to date.

Daisy has successfully competed in group and duo eisteddfods. In 2007 Daisy was awarded the Kimberley Woodger Dance Academy ‘Ballet Dancer of the Year award.’

Daisy enjoys all genre’s of dance participating in: Contemporary, Tap (SCTD Intermediate Gold), hip hop and jazz.

Daisy also enjoys pilates, drama, violin and percussion.

Daisy is looking forward to the experience of dancing with Ballet Theatre of Queensland. She hopes to dance every day of her life. Daisy’s life ambitions are to dance with a professional company then own a dance school with friends.
